Shape Colleagues into Collaborators

  • WHAT IS PARTNERING?

Partnering as originally used is a collaborative management approach designed to help two or more groups working on a common endeavor to do so as a team. Through facilitation, we will work with you and your stakeholders to prevent problems from becoming legal disputes.

Internal Partnering seeks to help a single group become a more successful, effective, and happier team of collaborators.

A small investment up front can help save exponentially in the future.

  • OUR APPROACH

From your free consultation to your group’s Partnering Retreat and beyond, we will work with you to identify your unique needs, create a personalized plan, and experience an elevated team dynamic.

Already have a dispute or emotional differences among stakeholders? Clay Partnering also offers mediation as a service. Once the dispute has been settled, you and your stakeholders can then set the tone for moving forward by undergoing a facilitated process.
